All rack rentals include:
• Curated retail space
• Professional merchandising
• Event staffing + checkout handling
• Marketing + promotion through The Wardrobe Club & Bell Works
1/2 RACK (or Table) Rental: $80 Commission: 25%
1 RACK Rack (or Table) Rental: $150 Commission: 25%
2 RACKS Rack Rental: $275 Commission: 20%
3 RACKS Rack Rental: $375 Commission: 15%
Private Wardrobe Pickup & Dropoff Availble for $50
The Wardrobe Club agrees to provide curated retail space and merchandising services for the seller’s approved items during the scheduled pop-up event.

By participating, the seller agrees to the following:
• All items submitted must be clean, authentic, and in good condition.
• The Wardrobe Club reserves the right to edit or decline items that do not align with the aesthetic or quality standards of the event.
• Sellers are responsible for setting item prices unless otherwise discussed.
• Rack rental fees are due at the time of signing this agreement and are non-refundable once space is reserved.
• All Club members will receive full sales value (minus commission) within 48 hours of the event date.
• While all reasonable care will be taken, The Wardrobe Club is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to items.
• Every event is unique. Some pieces sell immediately, while others simply need the right shopper. Although we can't guarantee sales,
we strive to create the best possible opportunity for every seller.
Additional Notes
• To secure your space, please submit your signed Seller Agreement and rack rental fee.
• Rack rentals are limited and available on a first-come basis.
• The Wardrobe Club reserves the right to curate and edit merchandise selection to maintain overall presentation and quality standards.
